Bags of Love – November, December 2019

St Vincent de Paul’s annual Bags of Love campaign held over November and December was another huge success thanks to the support from our generous parishioners.

Our parishioners once again showed their concern for the poor and responded magnificently by filling 270 bags with great love and enthusiasm, which they returned to the church. These bags were all distributed by SVP to poor families in our local areas of Fisantekraal, Klipheuwel and Morningstar. These bags enabled these poor families to have food for a week and brought them much joy over the Christmas period.

This generous show of love made a huge difference in the lives of needy families in our area.

We are very grateful to our wonderful parishioners who continue to support St Vincent de Paul with this very worthwhile initiative with love, concern and generosity.
