Following a request from the Hotspot Library in Kraaifontein to assist with some donation to buy ingredients to make food for people that are struggling in this period, SVP Durbanville has donated R2000 to this cause.
A Community activist, Terrence Crowster, has reopened a pop-up container library in a bid to inspire the youth to read in an area that has become notorious for gangs, violence and drugs. The “Hot-Spot” library is nicknamed after Dahlia Street, where it is located in Scottsville, Kraaifontein.
