Terence, a community leader in Kraaifontein, is doing amazing work.  He runs a Youth Restoration Development Programme that offers children off the streets a safe place to go where books are available for browsing and which the children can borrow for reading and learning. All this from a converted 6m shipping container.

Terence has around 300 children signed up, eager to read and learn. SVP has assisted Terence with books and stationery and has recently donated towards a workshop which he ran for the children on Domestic and Gender Violence. He also provided a meal.

Books suitable for children are always welcome at the Hotspot Library, and the SVP will gratefully receive any donations and pass them on to Terence.
